This is a Prospective Observational study. The aim of the study is to understand the underlying photoreceptor, retinal pigment epithelium or retinal vascular aberrations in inherited and acquired retinal disorders. The study would use adaptive optics (AO) technology to assist in-vivo visualization of these retinal structures and ascertain changes from normal. Further, by using the AO imaging in patients before and after treatments, this study aims to better understand the effect of various interventions and develop AO as an outcome measure in various retinal disorders.

5 - 70This phase III trial studies how well active surveillance help doctors to monitor subjects with low risk germ cell tumors for recurrence after their tumor is removed. When the germ cell tumor has spread outside of the organ in which it developed, it is considered metastatic. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. The trial studies whether carboplatin or cisplatin is the preferred chemotherapy to use in treating metastatic standard risk germ cell tumors.

AnyThis study will look at how much CagriSema lowers blood sugar and body weight in people with type 2 diabetes. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine. Doctors cannot yet prescribe CagriSema. CagriSema will be compared to a medicine called tirzepatide. Doctors can prescribe tirzepatide in some countries. Participants will either receive CagriSema or tirzepatide. Which treatment the participant will receive is decided by chance. For each participant, the study will last for up to 1 year and 4 months.

Over 18Bronchodilators are medications that open the bronchi to help patients with COPD to breathe better. It is still not known exactly how this effect improves shortness of breath in people with COPD. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine whether bronchodilators lower resistance in the smallest airways in the lungs, and whether this will improve the feeling of breathlessness in these patients. The main questions the investigators attempt to answer are: * In patients with COPD, does treatment with a short-acting bronchodilator improve small airway resistance during exercise? * In patients with COPD, does acute treatment with short-acting bronchodilator improve breathlessness and exercise endurance? The investigators will compare short-acting bronchodilators to placebo (a substance that contains no drug) to see if the bronchodilator medications improve small airway resistance and breathlessness during exercise. Participants will: * Visit the research laboratory 3 visits to complete tests of lung function and exercise * Complete 2 identical visits (Visit 2 and 3), one in which the participant receives bronchodilator and one in which the participant receives placebo.

Over 40This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of erenumab in migraine prevention in children (6 to \<12 years) and adolescents (12 to \<18 years) with episodic migraine. The study hypothesis is that in pediatric participants with episodic migraine, the combined erenumab dose group has a greater reduction from baseline to week 9 through week 12 (month 3) in monthly migraine days (MMDs) when compared with placebo in the double-blind treatment phase (DBTP).

Over 18This phase III trial compares hematopoietic (stem) cell transplantation (HCT) using mismatched related donors (haploidentical \[haplo\]) versus matched unrelated donors (MUD) in treating children, adolescents, and young adults with acute leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). HCT is considered standard of care treatment for patients with high-risk acute leukemia and MDS. In HCT, patients are given very high doses of chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy, which is intended to kill cancer cells that may be resistant to more standard doses of chemotherapy; unfortunately, this also destroys the normal cells in the bone marrow, including stem cells. After the treatment, patients must have a healthy supply of stem cells reintroduced or transplanted. The transplanted cells then reestablish the blood cell production process in the bone marrow. The healthy stem cells may come from the blood or bone marrow of a related or unrelated donor. If patients do not have a matched related donor, doctors do not know what the next best donor choice is. This trial may help researchers understand whether a haplo related donor or a MUD HCT for children with acute leukemia or MDS is better or if there is no difference at all.
