  18 and up

Critères de participation

Inclusion Criteria:
1. Current walking aid user
2. Have used your walking aid for at least 3 months
3. Use your walking aid at least 75% of the time that they are walking
4. 18 years of age or older
5. Able to attend study visits in the Calgary area

Exclusion Criteria:
1. Uncomfortable communicating in English.
2. Significant visual impairment that would affect your ability to use an app that involves watching videos.
3. Use a wheelchair ≥ 75% of the time for mobility.
4. Previously participated in of our lab's healthcare app studies.
5. You experience shortness of breath after taking one flight of stairs.
