px3 Sleep Study

Sleep

This study looks at whether wearing a custom mouthpiece during sleep can improve sleep quality and recovery in healthy adults.

We are testing a device that gently moves the lower jaw forward to help keep the airway open while you sleep. This may help with breathing, sleep quality, and how well your body recovers overnight.

Participants will wear a wristwatch device to track their sleep, heart rate, and oxygen levels. They will also use two different mouthpieces during the study—one active device and one comparison device—to see if there are any differences.
