Healthy Life Trajectories Study - Canada
Pregnancy | Maternal Health | Family HealthThis study looks at how to help families plan for healthier pregnancies and then helps them carry healthy changes into early childhood.
Families will be randomly assigned to work with a Trial Nurse or be in a control group. Families will complete questionnaires online, meet with the Trial Nurse online or on the phone, and visit the study clinics about once/year to have height, weight and blood pressure measured
This study will help us understand how to help families plan for healthier pregnancies and will help researchers and health care workers see how people adopt and continue healthy behaviours, such as eating healthy or being more active, when they are in this phase of their lives.
